- I never got my verification email
Check spam and promotions folders first. Verification mail from hello@nummmbers.com sometimes ends up there on the first send.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Go back to sign in and use “Resend verification email”. There’s a 60-second cooldown between sends to keep things sane.
- My password isn't working
Use Reset your password on the sign-in screen. We’ll email a one-time link.
Already signed in and just want to change it? Account settings has a Change password section.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account settings and click “Manage billing” in the Billing section. That opens Stripe’s customer portal where you can cancel, change card, or view invoices. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
- Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. We don’t refund subscription fees. The Free tier gives you all ten phases and unlimited Free Practice in preset interests, so you can try the experience fully before subscribing.
If you were billed in error (duplicate charge, an accidental sign-up within 24 hours, or a billing system bug), email support@nummmbers.com and we’ll fix it.
- How do I delete my account?
Open Account settings and click “Delete account” at the bottom. We schedule the deletion 30 days out. Sign back in any time before that to keep your account. After 30 days, your profile, lessons, and progress are permanently removed.
Want everything gone immediately instead? Email us and we’ll handle it manually.
- The lesson player isn't loading on my phone
Try a hard refresh first. Pull-to-refresh from the top of the page usually clears it. If you’re on Safari with Lockdown Mode or strict tracking-prevention on, the analytics script can sometimes fail in a way that blocks the rest of the page; turning either off for nummmbers.com is a known fix we’re still working around.

- What does Nummmbers do with my data?
Short version: we use it to make the lessons work for you, we keep it within the small set of vendors our Privacy Policy names (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, Sentry), and we don’t sell it. Analytics is opt-in via the cookie banner. You can delete everything from Account settings. The Privacy Policy has the long version.
